honestly the only real option is the one at the racquet club, they've got a half court setup up there. if you're flexible on rooftop, check out the basketball court at centralworld, it's on the 7th floor but not exactly open air. also some of the newer condos like ideo q sukhumvit 36 have courts on their sky gardens but u'd need a friend who lives there to get in

I've seen a few people shoot hoops at the basketball court on top of the EmQuartier parking garage. It's not a full-sized court, more like a half-court setup with a decent open-air feel, and you get a pretty good view of the Phrom Phong area. You'll need to bring your own ball and it's free to use if you can find the entrance by the Helix building elevators.

There aren't many true rooftop basketball courts in Bangkok, but the one at The Racquet Club on Sukhumvit 49/9 is probably your best bet. It's not super high up like a sky bar, but it's on an upper level with a decent view of the area. They charge by the hour and you'll need to bring your own ball unless you're booking a session with their gear.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
