one thing i'd push back on is the Li River cruise price. 400-600 is the standard tourist rate but you can get it cheaper through your hotel or a local agent in Guilin, closer to 300 if you haggle. also, the big boats are packed and you're stuck on a schedule. if you've got the time, take the public bus to Yangdi and hike the bank trail instead - it's free, you set your own pace, and you see the same karsts without the diesel fumes
the Two Rivers and Four Lakes night cruise is fine but tbh the walking route along Banyan Lake at dusk is better. you get the pagoda lights reflecting on the water, there's a bridge that does a light show at 8pm, and you can stop for tea at one of the lakeside pavilions. saves you 200 yuan and you're not stuck in a boat with 30 other tourists
A nice list, covers the main draws well. One thing that's missing is the walk along the Banyan Lake greenway at sunrise. Most people do the night cruise or the evening stroll, but 5:30am there are locals practicing tai chi under the pagodas and the light on the karsts across the water is soft and quiet. It's free and you'll have the place almost to yourself until about 7.
For the Yulong River rafting, the commenter above is right about the motorized rafts on the main stretch. If you go up near Fuli, look for the rafts with the single bamboo pole and the old guy in a conical hat. I paid 180 yuan for a 90-minute float with a guy who'd been poling that river for 40 years. He pointed out egrets and told me which peaks had caves with old carvings in them. Way better than the tourist rafts with the outboard motor buzzing behind you.
The rice noodle tip about Laoyou Mifen on Jiefang Road is spot on. The dry-mix bowl there is the one I still crave.

the guide's right about the free view of elephant trunk hill from the opposite bank, but most people miss the spot. go to the small pavilion on the south side of the river, just past the twin pagodas. there's a little path down to the water where locals fish and you can see the whole rock formation without the crowds or the ticket price.
also, for the rice noodle tip, the best time to hit those street stalls is before 9am. my favorite spot on wenhua road runs out of the good broth by 10 and switches to a weaker version for the lunch crowd. the 5 cny bowl at 8am is a totally different experience from the same price at noon

You'll see locals filling up at these little taps near the restrooms, saves buying plastic bottles at 3-4 CNY each from the venders.
Also, if you're doing the Yangshuo bus thing, the 25 CNY minibus drops you at the main square but the local bus 1 from there goes right to West Street for 1 CNY. The taxi drivers at the square will try to charge you 15-20 for that same 5 minute ride. Learnt that the hard way my first trip.
