tbh the other replies are right about not self-medicating but since u asked for easy pharmacy stuff, your best bet is norfloxacin or loperamide from any 7-11 pharmacy counter. norfloxacin is a common antibiotic here for food poisoning, costs like 20 baht for 10 pills. but honestly if u don't have symptoms yet, just wait and drink lots of water with salt and sugar. the grilled sausage stalls near bts stations like asok or ekkamai usually cook em through, might just be the fat inside looking raw

Skip the pharmacy self-diagnosis route and go straight to a clinic or hospital like Bumrungrad or a government one like Rajavithi, they'll test you and give the right antibiotics or antiparasitics. Over-the-counter meds from Boots or Watsons won't cut it for something like this, and you could waste time on the wrong pill. If you're already feeling sick with stomach pain or fever, don't wait.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
