Need a few loops sawn to a backpack. They'll be weight bearing and as such need thicker material, heavier machinery and some sewing knowledge how to reinforce. Probably more in line with a camping gear repair shop. Does anybody know a place where I could ask? Thanks.

there's a place on rama 4 called bkk bag repair, it's near the mrt lumphini exit 1. they do custom work on heavy duty bags and camping gear, the old guy there has a proper industrial machine. just bring your backpack and the molle webbing and he'll quote you on the spot, prob around 400-600 baht depending on how many loops

honestly theres a guy near chatuchak weekend market who does tactical gear mods, he's in a little shop soi 2 off kamphaeng phet road. not sure if he has a sign in english but he fixed a molle panel on my hiking pack and used bartack stitches so its holding up fine. price was like 300 baht for a few loops.

try prostuff in the talad rot fai area (ratchada) they do custom gear repairs and mods for camping and tactical stuff. also check with the guys at bangkok surplus store on khaosan they sometimes know a seamstress who works with heavy cordura and webbing. might cost 300-500 baht for a few rows of molle depending on complexity

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
