How to collect the ticket for the Coldplay concert?

I'll be arriving in Bangkok the day before the concert. I am confused on how to get the paper tickets. Can I still get it from any Thaiticketmajor outlets? centralworld is the most convenient outlet since it's on the bts skytrain line, just go to the counter on the 7th floor near the food court. they're open 10am-9pm so you have plenty of time after you land. bring your passport + the order number, they won't hand it over without both. if you miss that window the venue box office at rajamangala opens at 10am but expect to queue for 30-40 minutes minimum

the thaiticketmajor outlet at centralworld is open 10am-10pm so you can grab it the day before, just bring the card you paid with and your passport. honestly the venue box office at rajamangala opens at 10am on concert day but the queue can take an hour even if you show up early. if you're near asok, the one at terminal 21 is usually quieter than siam paragon or centralworld, less tourist traffic

honestly if u ordered from thaiticketmajor online you gotta pick up at their outlets or the venue box office. the counter at the venue usually opens around 10am on concert day so dont worry about being too early. there's a thaiticketmajor outlet at centralworld if you wanna grab it the day before, just show your order confirmation and ID. the line at rajamongala stadium can get pretty long so if you can snag it at centralworld beforehand that saves you the hassle

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
