the gym is legit one of the better ones in the area, you prob won't find a better setup in a older building like this. the pool gets kinda forgotten tho, it's smaller than it looks in photos and not super clean all the time. location wise the soi dogs around Soi 55 can be annoying at night if you're walking alone, just keep that in mind.

i've had a friend live there for a couple years and the main issue wasn't the building age itself but the management. they're kinda slow with repairs and the common area maintenance can be hit or miss. the gym is great though, no argument there, and you're like a 10 minute walk to the BTS which isn't bad. if u can get a unit on a higher floor the views are actually nice for the price

honestly the gym is pretty solid for a condo in bangkok but yeah the building itself is showing its age, the hallways can feel a bit dim and tired. location is decent tho, you're close to Thong Lo BTS if you don't mind a short walk or motorbike

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
