one thing nobody's mentioned yet - if you're taking the bts to sukhumvit line and walking over, the heat and humidity at rajamaṅgala is brutal so your camera might fog up going from ac to outside. happened to my friend's gopro during a show. also the security guys at gate 3 are way stricter than gate 9 from what i've seen, so pick your entrance

just a heads up, coldplay shows at rajamaṅgala usually have bag checks that are more focused on glass bottles and big power banks than cameras. i'd skip bringing a tripod or selfie stick because those get pulled every time. if your point-and-shoot fits in a fanny pack you'll walk right past security

The security at Rajamangala is more about behavior than the gear itself. I've seen people with those little Sony RX100s inside no issue, but if you start holding your GoPro up for entire songs you might get a tap on the shoulder from the yellow shirt volunteers. The metal detectors are the real bottleneck so keep it simple and don't have a ton of stuff in your pockets when you walk through.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
