yeah you can get paxlovid here as a tourist, just go to any of the teledoc apps like morprom or doctorraksa, they do video consults for like 300-500 baht and can prescribe it. they'll send the script to your phone and u can pick it up at most pharmacies near sukhumvit, just check the app's partner list. metformin is trickier tbh, not standard for covid here so you'd probably need to see a doc in person at something like bnh hospital or bumrungrad, they speak english and can sort it quick if they agree it's appropriate.
metro pharmacy on sukhumvit between soi 2&4 is a good backup if you don't want the hospital route, they're open late and the pharmacist speaks english well enough to sort a script over a quick video call with their in-house doc. paxlovid runs about 1,500 baht there, no appointment needed just show up with your passport. metformin is less common at pharmacies, you'd probably need to hit up a place like bnh hospital's pharmacy directly where they can do a same-day consult with an internist if you're set on it
