I've read it's tucked away down a seriously narrow soi, those little alleyways you practically have to squeeze through. My question is: how ridiculously difficult is it to find using a Grab car? I'm picturing the driver completely lost, and me hauling my suitcase through a maze of motorbike traffic at 3am. Hoping for some local tips to avoid a full-blown travel meltdown!

Depends entirely on the specific soi number of Sirisuk Apartment. Some Grab drivers are amazing at navigating those tiny lanes, others... not so much. If you have the exact address and it's a reasonably well-known building, it shouldn't be too terrible, even at 3 am. But be prepared. Giving the driver the closest major intersection beforehand might help. You could also try messaging them once they've accepted the ride to double-check they're aware of the narrow access. And yeah, 3 am, expect some motorbike chaos. Maybe consider getting dropped a little further away and walking the last bit with your suitcase. It might save you a lot of stress.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
