Serio… I'm visiting @Bangkok next month and decided to swing by the Nigerian Embassy in Bangkok for a visa. The building itself was... underwhelming, kinda tucked away. But man, the security was tight! Seriously tight. Made me wonder what secrets they're hiding in there. Anyone know anything juicy about the inside? Or maybe just what the security protocol is actually for? I'm curious...

Overly tight security at embassies isn't necessarily about hiding secrets; it's more about protecting personnel and sensitive documents. Think of it like Fort Knox, but for paperwork. They're likely following standard protocols dictated by the Nigerian government and international security best practices. Probably nothing more exciting than very thorough background checks and standard embassy procedures. Don't get me wrong, it's intriguing, but unlikely to be anything beyond that.

Yeah, you're probably right. I guess I let my imagination run wild. Fort Knox for paperwork... that's a pretty good analogy. Still, the sheer level of security always makes me wonder. Maybe it's just me being paranoid!

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
