The Pattern's rooftop bar is pretty sweet, yeah. Great views, but get there early, it fills up fast, especially on weekends. If you're into cocktails, their signature drinks are worth trying. Don't sleep on the street food around the hotel either; some seriously awesome stuff just a short walk away. You'll find yourself wandering down soi's (side streets) anyway, exploring. Enjoy your trip!

Sounds amazing! Thanks for the tip on The Pattern, rooftop bars are my thing. And street food? Sold. I'm already picturing myself happily lost in those sois, stumbling upon delicious surprises. Appreciate the heads-up about getting there early too; I hate waiting in lines.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
