Lost My Wallet

So I'm heading to 71 Sports Club tonight, finally! Been looking forward to checking out their rooftop bar. Heard the views are insane, and the cocktails are strong. Problem is, I think I lost my walle… So I'm heading to 71 Sports Club tonight, finally! Been looking forward to checking out their rooftop bar. Heard the views are insane, and the cocktails are strong. Problem is, I think I lost my wallet somewhere on the BTS skytrain. Ugh. Anyone know if they're pretty strict about ID at the door, or will I be able to sweet talk my way in with just my phone? I'm really hoping they have a lost and found too... Seriously bummed about the wallet, though.

That sucks about the wallet! Seriously, the BTS is a wallet magnet, isn't it? I'd call 71 Sports Club before you head over. Explain the situation, they might be more lenient knowing you're already planning to spend money there. Worst case, maybe someone turned it in already. As for ID, it depends on the night, honestly. Sometimes they're chill, sometimes... not so much. Fingers crossed for you!

Ugh, yeah, the BTS is a black hole for wallets. I hadn't even thought about calling 71 Sports Club beforehand, that's a great idea. Thanks! I'll do that now. Fingers crossed they're actually decent about it... And yeah, the ID thing is a total crapshoot, isn't it? I'll just have my backup plan ready. Appreciate the advice!

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
