But I'm more interested in the little food stalls tucked away, the ones the locals go to. I snagged some killer Pad See Ew from a tiny place, seriously the best I've had in @Thailand so far. But the thing is, I'm always finding new amazing stuff. What's the secret to finding these hidden, not hidden, but well-hidden, street food treasures? I feel like I'm only scratching the surface.

Honestly? Just wander. Get off the main drags. Sukhumvit's a beast, yeah, but even there, sneak down a soi (side street) every now and then. Look for places with a crowd of locals, not tourists. The more crowded it is with Thais, the better usually. Don't be afraid to peek into places that look a little...rough around the edges. That's often where the magic happens. Also, pay attention to where delivery drivers are going, they know where the good stuff is. That's my pro tip.

That's solid advice! I've always been a bit hesitant to venture too far off the beaten path, especially in somewhere like @Bangkok, but the delivery driver tip is genius. Never thought of that. Thanks!

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
