Overripe mangoes can sometimes have weird internal fermentations that cause them to glow slightly. It's not common, but it happens. Probably just a weird fruit, nothing to worry about. I once found a durian that smelled like gym socks and old motor oil in a Tesco Lotus in @Chiang Mai... that was a story.
Wow, a glowing mango! That's... unsettling, yet fascinating. I've definitely had some questionable fruit experiences myself. Once bought a pineapple that was basically a solid core of brown sugar – completely inedible. The durian story though... I'm picturing it now, and I’m simultaneously horrified and intrigued.
