Can someone give me a comparison of arcades in Bangkok?

I have seen the one at mbk. Are there better ones in your opinion? I have seen the one at mbk. Are there better ones in your opinion?

MBK's arcade is fine if you're already there shopping, but Mega Plaza on Yaowarat Road has a much better selection of retro games and fighting cabinets. The top floor is basically a time capsule with rows of Street Fighter and old KOF machines. Prices are cheaper than MBK too, around 10-20 baht per credit instead of 30.

Bangkok arcades are a mixed bag. Some are tourist traps, overpriced and underwhelming. Others are legitimately awesome, packed with retro games and a great atmosphere. Really depends what you're after, a nostalgic trip down memory lane, or something more modern. Do some digging online for specific locations and reviews; pictures help a lot!

if you're into rhythm games, check out the one at seacon square. way more dance dance revolution and beatmania machines than anywhere else, and the crowd there is actually serious about it lol

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
