honestly if you're near silom, check out Pho Van on soi 10. they do a solid veggie pho with mushroom broth thats actually rich, not just salty water. the spring rolls are authentic too, not the fried kind u get everywhere. their menu is pretty clear about what's veggie friendly which is rare around here.

Depends what you mean by "best." For authentic, homely stuff, check out the smaller places near Wat Arun, you'll find some hidden gems with great vegetarian pho. The fancier, more Instagrammable joints tend to be less vegetarian-friendly.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
