The Bumrungrad International Aesthetic Centre on Sukhumvit 3 is a solid choice if you want hospital-grade safety without the Samitivej markup. Dr. Chanjira there does a lot of masseter cases and she'll do a quick ultrasound to check your muscle thickness before deciding on units, which is a nice extra step. You're looking at around 5,000 baht per side there, but they run package deals if you buy two sessions at once.

honestly for masseter botox i'd skip go wabi and go straight to yoskarn on phra ram 9. dr somkiat there does it all day long and knows how to keep it looking natural so you don't get that frozen jaw look. prices are around 3-4k baht per side which is pretty standard for a reputable place

the thing with go wabi is you're basically gambling on whoever's cheapest that week, and for masseter you really want someone who understands facial anatomy properly. yoskarn's been around forever and their nurses are all trained in house so it's consistent

another option is samitivej's aesthetic clinic if you want to be extra safe, but you'll pay double for the hospital markup. honestly yoskarn is the sweet spot between price and quality

I've been going to The Apex Clinic near Thong Lo for my masseter botox for the last year and a half. Dr. Pim's really gentle with the needle and she'll adjust the units depending on how your face is shaped, which I like. It's about 4,500 per side but they often have promotions if you follow their Line.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
