Ideally I'm looking for a condo building with business facilities ie. a common area where there are desks with proper ergonomic chairs

I have searched extensively but all I can find are condos with libraries/workspaces that have regular (uncomfortable) chairs.

Does what I'm looking for exist or do I need to look for another solution (most likely co-working or setting up a home office)?

You're not going to find that setup in a standard condo's common area. Most buildings here put in cheap dining chairs or those wooden library seats because they look clean and are easy to replace. A few of the newer "work-from-home" branded buildings like Ideo Mobi Asoke or The Line Phahon-Ari have co-working lounges with mesh office chairs, but they're the exception, not the rule.

Your best bet is to buy a used Herman Miller or similar off Facebook Marketplace for 8,000-15,000 baht and set up your own corner. There are dozens of office furniture liquidators around Ratchada and Chatuchak if you want to sit in them first. That'll be cheaper and more reliable than chasing a building amenity that probably doesn't exist the way you're imagining.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
