u could also check out bangmod hospital, their aesthetic surgery center does good chin lipo for about 25-30k baht and it's way less touristy than the big ones. dr. somchai there is pretty solid, he did my cousin's neck lipo a year ago and the scarring is minimal. but honestly, if she matched on bumble she already saw your face in photos from multiple angles, so she knows what you look like. the double chin thing is way more in your head than hers, just be chill on the date and it'll be fine

i'd skip yanhee tbh, the queues there are brutal and you're just a number. try samitivej sukumvit, their plastic surgery wing is quieter and the doctors actually speak english well. chin lipo there runs around 30-40k baht and they use local anesthesia so you're not totally knocked out. also if she's on bumble in bangkok she's probably used to seeing guys with some extra, just own it

There's a place called Bumrungrad International on Soi 3 that gets overlooked for smaller procedures since everyone goes there for the big stuff. Their aesthetic center does chin lipo for around 35-45k baht depending on the doctor, and the advantage is you're in a proper hospital if anything goes sideways. Dr. Panya there has been doing facial contouring for years and the nurses actually follow up with you after. The BTS Asok connection makes it easy too, you can be in and out in an afternoon.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
