if you're near bangkok's chinatown area, try the pet supply shops along charoen krung road around soi 22. it's a bit chaotic but they've got proper grooming scissors from brands like kenchii and some japanese ones i havent seen elsewhere. prices are negotiable if you buy a few things at once, just bring cash since most places there dont take cards. the shop with the yellow sign called "pet pro tools" has the best selection imo, the owner used to do show grooming so she knows her stuff
honestly skip the mall pet stores if you want real pro stuff. head over to phra khanong area near w district, there's a wholesale pet supply shop called kaset pet on sukhumvit 71 that carries actual grooming brands like kenchii and geib. prices are way better than siam paragon and the staff actually know which blades fit which clippers. it's a bit hard to spot from the street, look for the blue awning between soi 71 and soi 73.
check out petlovers shops around town, they have a decent selection of grooming gear and prices are okay. if you want something more professional, try the supplies section at siam paragon's pet floor, it's pricey but solid quality

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
