You're better off finding a Thai pharmacy that ships internationally rather than asking a random traveler. There's a shop on Sukhumvit Soi 19 called Fascino that does online orders and they'll label everything properly for customs. Most people don't realize Bahrain airport has drug-sniffing dogs even for transit passengers so someone carrying loose pills could end up in serious trouble. Try the Facebook group "Thai Expats in Bahrain" and ask for a reputable pharmacy there instead.
ngl this is a pretty risky move, customs in both countries can flag anything that looks like pills even if it's just paracetamol. have u tried the big pharmacy on silom road near sala daeng bts? they've got a decent selection and the staff are used to tourists asking for stuff without paperwork. otherwise there's a place on khao san road that sells random meds under the counter but i wouldn't trust the quality. shipping via dhl or fedex with proper labels is way safer than asking a stranger to carry it through two airports
yeah customs in bahrain is pretty strict about meds even over the counter stuff here. better to just go to a pharmacy in manama like the one near bab al bahrain souq, they'll sell u most things without a prescription if u ask nicely. bringing stuff from thailand through the airport is just asking for trouble at immigration

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
