What are some of the biggest 7-Eleven in the city with the most variety? A few different suggestions would be welcome so I can find one that's in an area I'll be around.

the one at the bottom of the Asok BTS, right by the terminal 21 exit, is surprisingly big for being in a busy station. it's got a whole aisle of just those little bags of dried squid and the spicy nori sheets, plus they stock the big bottles of the cha yen syrup that's hard to find elsewhere. if you're near the river, the 7 on Charoen Krung Soi 36 is a bit of a walk from the Saphan Taksin BTS but it's a proper grocery-sized one with a frozen section that has the good mango sticky rice packs and the coconut ice cream cups

honestly the biggest one I've seen is near Siam Square, that one on Soi 5 right next to the BTS exit. it's got like two floors and a whole wall of just chips and dried fruit. but if ur gonna be around Ekkamai, the one at the bottom of the 55 Tower is pretty massive too, they stock the weird flavored lays and those coconut rolls that tourists always grab.

fwiw the one at CentralWorld basement level also has a decent snack section but it's always packed with people. if u want to avoid crowds, the 7 on Ratchada Soi 3 is quieter and still has a good selection of the local brands like Tao Kae Noi and Taro. just check the expiry dates on the snack packs, some of the less popular flavors sit around for a while.

If you're around Phra Khanong, the 7-Eleven on Sukhumvit Soi 71 near the BTS exit is pretty big, with a solid selection of the spicy dried fruit mixes and those little boxed desserts you can't find everywhere. There's also a decent sized one at the bottom of the Thong Lo BTS that's got a good range of the curry-flavored instant noodles and the big bags of shrimp crackers.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
