Foodpanda QR refund ?

I order foodpanda and paid it by QR. suddenly it cancel my order cuz of the out of stock item. I paid 2000B for the order but it only refund me 400B immediately after they cancel by payout link. 1600… I order foodpanda and paid it by QR. suddenly it cancel my order cuz of the out of stock item. Anyone happpen to experience this ??

This happened to me last month with a 1500 baht order. The partial refund through the payout link is normal but the rest should hit your account within 3-5 business days. If it's been longer than that, go to their headquarters at G Tower on Rama 9, the customer service desk there is much more helpful than the app agents.

yeah that payout link thing is sketchy, they sometimes send the rest in parts over a few days so check ur bank again or try calling their Thai hotline directly, the chat agents are useless

honestly i think the payout link trick is them trying to avoid giving you the full refund directly, some people on pantip said filing a complaint with the consumer protection board (ocpb) gets results fast when foodpanda ghosts you like this

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
