I want a gentlemen's club where I can just sit down to relax, tell the mamasan that I am not interested in company, and have a long multi-course meal… Hi! I am looking for a very specific experience:

Does any of these or any other club offer the experience I mentioned above? Or are they all full party/hostess clubs?

honestly most of the places on your list are hostess bars, not really what you're after. czech club and the pimp are more about the company and drinks, you'll get bothered a lot. m club is a bit better but still very hostess-heavy.
try cassiopeia on sukhumvit 33, it's one of the few that actually does proper food and lets you watch the show from a table without a girl sitting with you. i've done exactly this there, just told the mamasan i'm eating and she left me alone. the minimum spend is around 1500 baht and their steak is surprisingly decent for a club.
sherbet club in thonglor is another option, they have a lounge area in the back where you can just watch and eat, but the food is mostly bar snacks. the vibe is more relaxed than the others on your list
I'd skip most of those if you actually want to eat in peace. Try Black Caviar on Sukhumvit 23, they have a proper dining menu and a stage setup where you can sit at the bar tables away from the girls. Just tell the mamasan upfront you're here for dinner and the show, they'll leave you alone after you pay the cover.
best som tam in Bangkok? Krua Dok Mai Kao 2026
yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
