honestly you're better off hitting up the sneaker shops around Siam Square than a market. there's a spot called Sneaker District on the 2nd floor of Siam Square Soi 2 that has legit Jordans and limited releases, prices are steep but they're authentic. if you want second hand try the weekend market at Chatuchak, there's a section near the main park area with sneaker stalls but u gotta check the stitching and box labels carefully, lots of fakes floating around. for unique pairs check out Pratu Nam market early morning around 6am, some vintage clothing stalls there get deadstock from Japan but it's hit or miss

If you're willing to go a bit north, there's a small sneaker reseller tucked into the basement level of Central Ladprao mall. It's called Fitteds and it's more about rare colorways than bulk Jordans, but the owner knows his stuff and can point you to other collectors. For secondhand, the Rot Fai Market at Ratchada has a few stalls with vintage Nikes and Adidas, mostly on the far left side near the food area. Just go on a Thursday or Friday evening when the crowds are thinner and you can actually dig through the bins without getting elbowed.

Forget the big markets, there's a little shop called Pro Touch on the ground floor of CentralWorld, tucked near the supermarket section. They carry a lot of rare Jordan releases and the staff actually checks pairs for you before you buy.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
