MBK Center is the usual spot for this, 4th floor has a bunch of stalls with them. Prices are around 300 to 500 baht depending on the quality and how new the design is. Just check the stitching on the badges and sponsor logos before you buy, some are noticeably off. I'd skip the stalls right at the elevator and walk a bit deeper into the floor for better options.
pratunam market is worth a look too, the indoor section near the platinum mall has a few shops that do the player version kits with the heat-pressed names and numbers
