Anyone live in T77 community off On Nut?

Checking out some places to move in Bangkok and was wondering if anyone has had any experience living in this community. Thank you! Checking out some places to move in Bangkok and was wondering if anyone has had any experience living in this community. Thank you!

yeah i lived there for about a year. it's nice if you like quiet and don't mind being a bit disconnected from the bts walkway, you gotta walk through the park or take the shuttle. the pool at hollywood is decent but the gym is tiny. honestly i think you get more bang for your buck in one of the newer condos right on sukhumvit soi 77/1, like the ones near lotus, cheaper per sqm and you're right on the main road

I've had a couple of friends cycle through the T77 community over the years. The main draw is the park and having Habito mall right there, but honestly the shuttle to BTS On Nut gets old fast, especially in rush hour when you're waiting with everyone else. If you're set on that area, I'd look at the newer projects on Soi Pridi Banomyong 1 instead, you can walk to BTS Phra Khanong in about 5 minutes and the food scene on that street is way better than anything in T77.

I lived in T77 for two years and honestly the appeal wears off. It feels like a little bubble that's convenient for families with kids at Bangkok Prep but if you're single or a couple you're paying a premium for that park and shuttle service when you could just rent a place with a pool on the main street for less.

best som tam in Bangkok? Krua Dok Mai Kao 2026

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
