yeah the smaller clinics in the city are hit or miss but i got my last one at medconsult clinic on sukhumvit soi 39, they had pfizer and moderna in stock no appointment needed. just walk in and it was like 1500 baht i think. also check the thai red cross on rama 4, they do walk ins too and its prob cheaper but lines can be long
check the bangkok metropolitan administration (bma) community clinics, there's one on charoen krung near saphan taksin and another in din daeng. they're government-run so prices are low, think 500-800 baht for moderna. no online booking rn, just show up early morning before 9am or you'll wait forever. also the vichaiyut hospital on phahonyothin had stock last month, they're a solid middle ground between private and public pricing
fwiw the bangkok nursing home on sathorn had moderna boosters last i checked, it's not as well known so shorter queues. they're open 8-4 weekdays and it's around 600 baht, just bring your old vaccine card. also the bangkok christian hospital off silom sometimes has leftover moderna from their regular stock, i'd call first tho since they don't advertise it

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
