I have a mole that need to be checked asap. Does anybody can suggest me a good dermatologist ? Preferably in west bangkok.

If you're in west Bangkok, Thonburi Hospital has a solid dermatology department and they do mole mapping. Dr. Waraporn there is quite experienced with suspicious lesions and they have a dermoscope. Getting there isn't too bad if you're near the BTS, it's off Charan Sanitwong Road just past the Wongwian Yai area. They do online booking through their app which saves you the wait.

tbh if you're in a hurry for a mole check, you could try Samitivej Thonburi. Their dermatology clinic does same-day appointments sometimes if you call early. Dr. Kwanjai there is pretty no-nonsense and will tell you straight if something needs a biopsy. It's on Charan Sanitwong Road too but closer to the Taling Chan side, parking is decent during weekdays

honestly for a mole check in west Bangkok I'd hit up Bangkok Skin & Laser at Central Pinklao. Dr. Pornchai there is super thorough and they use dermoscopy which is standard for checking moles. It's right off the Pinklao-Nakhon Chaisri road so easy access if you're coming from that side. Appointments are a must though walk-ins can be a nightmare on weekends.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
