Fascino and Pure Pharmacy branches around Bumrungrad and Samitivej carry imported CBD tinctures that are actually labelled with the mg per drop, which the weed shops often aren't. For CBN specifically you're probably looking at an online order, since it's still a niche cannabinoid here and I've never seen it sitting on a shelf in Bangkok. MedCan and a couple of the Thai medical cannabis clinics do telehealth consults and can dispense it if you have a genuine sleep issue to document.

Most dispensaries on Sukhumvit carry CBD oil but you have to ask, they don't put it on the shelf next to the flower. The ones around Phrom Phong and Thong Lo tend to stock proper tinctures from brands like Canabidol or local Thai producers, and prices run 800 to 1,500 baht for a 10ml bottle depending on concentration. CBN is much harder to find here, it's not a common product in Thai shops since the market is still mostly THC and CBD focused. You might have better luck ordering online from a Thai CBD retailer or checking the shops near Khao San that cater to the medical crowd.

honestly the best luck I've had is at the cannabis clinics rather than shops, like the ones attached to hospitals that do teleconsults. they'll prescribe proper CBD oil with actual dosing, and some carry CBN if you say its for sleep. try Samsung Clinic or one of the Sukhumvit medical cannabis spots, bring your passport and expect a consult fee.

Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but I've always found their som tam a bit tame on the pla ra. If you want the real funky version, try the shophouse spots along Soi Udomsuk 26, near the night market end. They pound it fresh with fermented fish that'll clear your sinuses, and it's like 60 baht. Different style from the On Nut places, more Lao-leaning.

for som tam specifically i'd say the Isaan spots in Chatuchak are underrated, weekdays only though since the weekend crowd ruins the vibe. there's a stall near gate 2 that does tam pa with fermented bamboo shoots, super sour and funky, not something you see much in On Nut. if you're already heading north for Or Tor Kor anyway its worth the detour.

honestly the som tam at Krua Dok Mai Kao is good but what got me hooked is their nam prik pla raa dip with the raw veggies, that funk hits way harder than the papaya does. think most people sleep on it cuz they just order the som tam and gai yang. also pro tip, go before noon on weekdays, after that teh pla ra gets milder cuz they batch it for the lunch rush
