honestly for septum piercings in Bangkok, go see the team at Bangkok Ink on Sukhumvit Soi 23. they've been around forever and know their stuff. a septum is trickier than it looks because the sweet spot is super specific, and a bad piercer will hit cartilage instead of the soft tissue. they use implant grade titanium too, which matters for healing

if you're in Nonthaburi, check out Thaitattoo Studio near the MRT station at Pak Kret. the piercer there trained under some of the old school guys in Bangkok and does a lot of septums. just call ahead cause their hours can be random. expect to pay around 800-1200 baht for the piercing itself, jewelry extra

Try Yantra Tattoo on Soi Rang Nam, just off Phaya Thai. It's a bit tucked away but the piercer there, named Aom, spent a few years working in Berlin before coming back to Bangkok, so she brings a European standard of aftercare and jewelry quality. She does a lot of septums and will check your breathing and anatomy first, which I haven't seen many other piercers bother with. From Nonthaburi you can take the MRT Purple Line to Tao Poon, switch to the Blue Line to Bang Sue, then the SRT Red Line to Phaya Thai, or just grab a taxi for about 200-300 baht if you don't want to deal with transfers.

You might want to look into Piercing Lab at CentralWorld. It's on the 4th floor near the BTS skywalk entrance and they have a piercer named Pete who specializes in facial piercings, septums included. He uses a curved needle technique that reduces the risk of hitting the wrong spot, and they're one of the few places in Bangkok that carry neometal jewelry if you want something nicer than basic titanium. For Nonthaburi you could take the MRT Purple Line to Tao Poon and switch to the Blue Line, but honestly it's easier to just go straight to CentralWorld since you're already on that transit line anyway.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
