Machine shop to duplicate a simple small metal bar?
Or some sort of shop in BKK?
If you've had anything like… Is there some sort of shop on Shoppee/Lazada where I can send them specs and pics of a 40cm long curved metal bar and have them duplicate it?

honestly just walk around the backstreets of Ratchada near Fortune Town, there's a cluster of metal shops behind the car parts area. they do custom brackets and bars for motorbike mods all the time, so a simple curved bar is nothing to them. bring cash and the original piece, they'll prob have it done in 30 mins while you wait. paid 250 baht for a similar thing last year at a place called "Ratchada Metal Works" or something like that, just follow the grinding noise
For online ordering you'd want to look for "CNC laser cutting" or "waterjet cutting" shops on Facebook Marketplace rather than Lazada. There's a guy near Wongwian Yai who runs a small shop called "Metal Design By Luk" that takes LINE orders with photos and measurements, he's done small batch stuff for me before. For a single curved bar you're probably looking at 200-400 baht depending on whether they need to bend it or just cut from stock, but the minimum order charge might bump it up if it's just one piece.
You're better off going to a place in person than trying to do this online. There are several shops along Charoen Krung Soi 13 that do custom metal work, and they're used to walk-ins with random parts. For a simple 40cm curved bar, I'd expect maybe 150-300 baht depending on the metal thickness and if they need to weld any ends. Bring the original piece and some clear photos of how it's supposed to sit.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
