for a small solo show under 20sqm you're looking at roughly 20k-80k baht for a week depending on the space. galleries like jamjuree art gallery or number 1 gallery in bangkok are on the cheaper side, around 20-30k for a few days. for something more central try h gallery or serindia gallery, they're around 50-80k but include basic setup. look up their facebook pages or line accounts, that's how most book here. walk around charoen krung or talad noi and ask smaller artist-run spaces too, they're often open to negotiation

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
