So how to request dispose my items to the BMA? Or if you have any idea other than this feel free to tell me.

TIA!

BMA's system can be hit or miss with email. If you're in a Bangkok condo, you should talk to your juristic person office first. Most condos already have a contract with a private disposal service and they'll handle the mattress and bed frame pickup for a fee, usually around 200-400 baht per item.

For BMA directly, you actually need to use the Traffy Fondue app or LINE account. That's how most people submit requests now. Take a photo of the items in your parking area or loading bay, submit through the app with your location, and they'll schedule a pickup within a few days. Just make sure your building allows you to leave items in the common area first.

The Traffy Fondue route works if you're persistent, but honestly for one mattress and a bed frame you might be faster just calling the BMA's 1555 hotline directly. They speak English and can open a ticket on the spot.

Another option most people don't know about is the "Krathom" community waste banks in some districts. If you're near Thong Lo or Ekkamai, check if your local district office has one. They'll take the metal bed frame for scrap and handle the mattress for a small fee, usually under 100 baht.

For the condo part, some juristic offices have a designated drop-off day once a month where they arrange bulk pickup. Ask your juristic person about that schedule before you try hauling anything yourself.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
