Any physical store in Bangkok where I can get this Thai medicine themed bag?
I've been asked to pick it up as a souvenir but have had no luck so far.

I've seen those bags pop up at the flea markets near JJ Mall on weekends, not just Chatuchak itself. There's a row of stalls along Kamphaengphet 2 Road that specialize in retro Thai graphic prints, they usually have a few variations of the medicine theme. If you're closer to Siam, the vintage floor at Siam Square Soi 5 has a shop called "Bangkok Binder" that rotates their stock pretty often.
That Shopee listing is from a small seller based in Chiang Mai, not Bangkok, so you probably won't find it in a regular mall. Your best bet is to head to the night markets, specifically Chatuchak on weekends where there are a few stalls near Section 2 that sell novelty and retro Thai medicine packaging bags. If you don't want to wait for the weekend, try the vintage shops along Charoen Krung Road near Talad Noi, they sometimes carry similar graphic-print totes.
You might have better luck at the weekend market in Ratchada, the one that used to be at the train station. They've moved to the Esplanade Cineplex parking lot and there are a bunch of stalls selling graphic print totes and novelty bags. The sellers there often have the same stock as the Chatuchak vendors but with less crowds.
Also check out the basement level of MBK near the phone repair stalls, there's a small shop that does custom print bags and they sometimes have the Thai medicine designs in their racks. It's hit or miss but worth a quick look if you're already in the area.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
