ngl Toon at Dark Gallery is prob your best bet for legit blackout, but if you want someone who does it as a main thing check out Inkplosion on Charoen Krung. Theyre a bit out of the way but the owner specializes in solid black panels and coverups, seen his work hold up real well over time.

Watch out for shops that claim they can do blackout but don't specialize in it, you'll end up with patchy healing. I'd go see Toon at Dark Gallery Tattoo off Ekkamai 12, he's been doing heavy solid fills for years and knows how to pack it without scarring. His books open on the first of the month and he's usually booked a couple weeks out.

Try Black Moon Tattoo on Sukhumvit 49, they're known for blackout and geometric stuff. Saw a sleeve they did that was fully packed, looked clean.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
