if you're okay with a smaller setup, try dr. thana at sukhumvit hospital's endocrine clinic. it's off sukhumvit soi 3, cheaper than bumrungrad and he's thorough with graves management. the hospital itself is nothing fancy but the lab turnaround for tsh and t4 is same day which is nice. i'd skip the bts and just grab a taxi from phloen chit, it's like a 5 minute ride
Dr. Witoon at Bumrungrad's endocrine center is solid for thyroid issues. He's been at it for years and the hospital's lab work is reliable. The main downside is the cost, a consultation alone runs around 1,500 baht before any tests or scans. If budget is a concern, King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital has a good endocrinology department with shorter waits than you'd expect for a public hospital, just bring your past blood work if you have it.
I've been seeing Dr. Pornchai at Bangkok Hospital's thyroid clinic for a few years now. He's really chill and actually listens, plus they have this online portal where you can check your lab results the next day which is super convenient. The parking is a nightmare though, honestly better to take the BTS to Ekkamai and walk over.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
