You can try Mikkeller Bangkok on Ekkamai Soi 10/1, they rotate their tap list pretty often but I've seen Desperados in bottles there before, around 200 baht. The crowd is mostly expats and craft beer nerds so they tend to stock stuff you won't find at normal bars. For a sit-down option, Tuba on Soi Ekkamai 21 has a huge drinks menu and I remember seeing it listed there, though it might've been a seasonal thing.

honestly i'd check the bottles and cans section at Villa Market on Sukhumvit 33, they've got a surprisingly solid import selection. last time i was there i saw some desperados mixed in with the mexican beers, maybe 150 baht a can. if you're closer to Siam, the small convenience store tucked in the soi behind MBK sometimes has random euro beers too, worth a quick look

if you're up for a bit of a hunt, try the food court at centralworld on the top floor near the cinema area. they've got this little stall that does international beers and i swear i've seen desperados there before, maybe 120 baht a can. also, some of the 7-eleven locations near nana plaza have started stocking random imports lately, worth peeking in the fridge next to the singha

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
