honestly try Guss Damn Good in Sathorn, their salted egg flavor is wild and way better than any chain stuff. it's a tiny shop so easy to miss but totally worth it.

if you're near ari, pop into once upon a cloud. their coconut and sticky rice flavor is legit, tastes like dessert straight up. it's a cute little spot too, nice to sit for a bit

Iba in Ekkamai does this really good coconut ice cream that they serve in a coconut shell, super refreshing and not too sweet. It's more of a dessert cafe vibe but the ice cream's the star.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
