For powerbank repairs, your best bet is the MBK Center near Siam. Go to the 4th floor where all the mobile repair shops are, there's a few stalls that handle battery issues and water damage. Just be prepared to pay around 300-500 baht for a diagnostic, and they might tell you it's cheaper to buy a new one considering water damage on the charging circuits. The lights coming on suggest the battery cells are still alive, but the port controller board is probably fried from the water.

honestly if the lights still come on the batteries prob fine but those port controllers are toast. water damage on charging circuits is a nightmare to fix, most shops will just tell u to bin it. maybe try the repair guys at Pantip Plaza, but dont get ur hopes up

MBK is solid advice, but if you're closer to the old town, try Fortune Town on Ratchadaphisek. The IT mall there has a few shops on the third floor that work on random electronics like powerbanks, and they're usually less busy than MBK.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
