Bumrungrad International Hospital is probably your best bet for English-friendly care, it's all set up for expats. They do walk-in CT scans and X-rays without much hassle, just head to the international clinic section.

try samitivej hospital on sukhumvit, the staff there are used to dealing with foreigners and their english is decent. just call ahead and ask for the radiology department, they'll sort u out with a ct or xray without the whole rigmarole

bangkok hospital is fine too. just go to their international wing at the ground floor. they have english speaking staff, just tell them u want a scan. damn search google in thai next time u might get better results lol

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
