honestly for thai market hosting, you might want to check out CloudHost or ServeByte. both are local and have decent support in thai and english. CloudHost has a data center in Bangkok which helps with load times for local customers.
i've used ServeByte for a couple years now, their support is pretty responsive even for minor stuff. just make sure you pick a plan with enough php memory if you're running woocommerce with lots of plugins.
one thing nobody tells you, some thai hosts block certain international payment gateways by default so double check that before you commit.
Another option worth looking at is AIS Cloud, they have data centers right in Thailand and their connection to local ISPs is about as direct as it gets. Their support is in Thai primarily but they do have English options for business accounts. For WooCommerce specifically, make sure whatever host you pick supports object caching out of the box or at least makes it easy to set up Redis, otherwise those product pages will drag with more than a few hundred items.
I'd add ThaiRongHost to your list. They've got solid WooCommerce-specific plans and their Bangkok servers are fast for local traffic. Support can be a bit slow during Thai holidays though, just a heads up.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
