Is there shops in thailand where you can return the product within 1 or 2 weeks and get full refund?

Asking because some stuff u really need to try to see if it fits your body such as chairs. Asking because some stuff u really need to try to see if it fits your body such as chairs.

for physical stores in bangkok, most of the big ones like Power Buy or Banana IT have a 7-day return policy but only for unopened stuff. chairs are a gray area tbh, since they're considered "hygiene-sensitive" like mattresses. i'd say go to OfficeMate or IT City on Rama 9, they're more flexible with furniture returns than homepro. just keep all packaging and don't assemble it, that's the main rule they enforce

honestly for chairs specifically, check out Index Living Mall or SB Design Square. they have a proper exchange policy on furniture, usually within 7 days if it's unused and still in original packaging. some branches even let you test chairs on the floor before buying so you might not even need to return it. just keep the receipt and don't toss the box

Yeah some stores do but you gotta check their policy first. Places like Lazada or Shopee have return windows but it's not always full refund, they might deduct shipping or something. For physical stores, Big C or HomePro might let you return stuff within 7 days if it's unopened, but chairs are tricky cause they count as personal use items. Best bet is to ask the staff before buying, or stick with brands that have trial periods

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
