Another spot worth considering is AMRA Wellness on Soi Thong Lo 13. They do a combination drip with NAD+ and vitamin C that runs about 3,500 baht, and the doctor actually takes time to explain what's in each bag. I've been a few times and the atmosphere is much calmer than the mall clinics, less of a conveyor belt feeling. Just keep in mind they close at 6pm and don't take walk-ins on weekends.

You'll find plenty of clinics around Thong Lo that do NAD+ drips, not just the touristy ones. Dr. Paisal's at Bangkok Hospital is solid if you want a proper medical setting, but the wait can be long. For something quicker, check out The IV Lounge on Soi 49 - they're clean, the nurses are good, and a glutathione session runs about 1,500 baht. Just call ahead because some places need a doctor consult first.

If you're near Siam, check out The IV Clinic at Siam Paragon. It's on the 4th floor near the food court, not cheap but they use proper medical-grade stuff and the nurses actually check your vitals before starting. I've had a few friends do the glutathione drip there and they said it's about 2,000 baht for a session. The other option is Vital Life Wellness on Sukhumvit 39, they do NAD+ drips but you need to book at least a day in advance because they mix everything fresh.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
