After going up the Baiyoke and Maha Nakhon I was wondering if anybody knows or has access to other high level buildings with unique views (to take a few photos/videos). Or maybe a tower that isn't over run with tourists

If you've already done the big observation decks, try the rooftop bar at Novotel Platinum in Pratunam. It's called Panorama and the views over the city are solid, especially at sunset, and it's way quieter than the tourist towers. You don't need to be a hotel guest, just buy a drink and you're set to hang out and shoot photos. Around 200-300 baht for a beer and you get the whole Sukhumvit skyline without the queues.

The Sky Bar at Lebua is still touristy but the view across the river is a different angle than the tall towers you've done. Grab a drink before sunset and you can usually find a spot along the railing without fighting too many people.

try the rooftop at ayara river park on charoen nakhon road. it's a small hotel with a top floor bar that looks right over the river and the bridge, not the city skyline but a totally different vibe. drinks are cheap, like 150 baht for a beer, and i've never seen more than like five people up there. way more relaxed than those big tourist spots

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
