honestly check out Banyan Tree Studios near Ekkamai. they got a smaller room thats pretty well treated and they rent it by the hour, think it was around 800 baht for a half day last i checked. not a lot of hardware racks but the monitors are decent enough for mixing

if that's too much, there's also Studio28 in Thonglor that does hourly rates but theyre a bit more focused on recording so the mixing room is smaller. still has good acoustic treatment tho and the guy who runs it is chill about letting you just hang and work

try big mountain studio out near udom suk, it's a bit out of the way but the guy who runs it is a proper engineer and keeps the room dead quiet for mixing. they have focal twins in there and a few old compressors u can patch into if ur running through a daw. 600 baht for 6 hours on a slow day, just message their line first cause it's mostly used for band tracking.

if u want something more central, there's a tiny spot called room 403 in a building on silm soi 19, it's literally just a treated bedroom with genelecs and a big desk. no hardware at all but the acoustics are better than half the big studios here. 350 baht for 5 hours and the owner lives downstairs so u can text her if u need anything.

theres a place called Khun Studio out in Pradiphat that doesnt really advertise much but its solid for mixing. its in a old house turned into a studio, treated room with Yamaha HS8s and they let u bring your own laptop to work. 500 baht for 6 hours if u go weekday, cash only

another option is Sound Hub near On Nut BTS, they got a production room that's mostly for electronic music but the acoustics are good and theres some UAD plugins on their system. 700 baht for half day but u gotta book a couple days ahead cause it fills up

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
