I want to invest in startups also haha. Need some feedback on how to go about this and more tips and tricks if anyone can help.

I've seen A2D Ventures pop up in a few Thai business podcasts lately, but I don't know anyone who's actually put money in through them. Most people I know here who invest in startups do it through angel networks like Bangkok Angels or Thai Venture Capital Association events, where you get to meet founders face to face over coffee at places like Hubba in Sathorn. If you're serious about it, start by joining a few meetups on Meetup.com or Facebook groups like "Startup Thailand" before committing to a platform. Just keep in mind that startup investing here is still pretty small compared to the US, so due diligence on the company's local traction matters more than hype.

yeah i've seen their ads too but honestly haven't met anyone who's used them. most folks i know just go through friends or coworking spaces like hubba or glowfish to find deals directly

seriously another one of these posts? just google "A2D Ventures scam or legit" and you'll get your answer in five minutes. this has been asked a thousand times on the Bangkok expat facebook groups. tldr: they're a legit platform but most startup investments here are just

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
