Need a tailor for women's clothes. Anyone know of any?

I'm starting a fashion line I need suggestions. Would greatly appreciate some! I'm starting a fashion line I need suggestions. Would greatly appreciate some!

The fabric sourcing scene around Sampeng Lane in Chinatown is worth a visit before you commit to a tailor. You can find custom weaves and deadstock fabrics that aren't available in the usual markets, and the shop owners there can point you to seamstresses who work out of the old shophouses nearby. One place I know behind Soi Wanit 1 has a team that does small runs for about 300 baht per piece for simple tops, though you'll need to supply your own patterns and trims. It's a bit of a maze but the quality control is better than what you'd get from the bigger production houses.

one more option for you - there's a woman named Khun Nee who runs a small studio out of her house near Thong Lor, does production runs for smaller independent brands. she's not cheap like the market tailors but the quality is consistent and she actually understands garment construction for womenswear, not just copying a photo. you'd need to bring your own patterns though, she doesn't do design work from scratch. worth reaching out if you're past the sample phase and need like 20-50 pieces per style

for production runs check out the garment district on charoen krung soi 43, lots of small factories that do custom work for way less than the tourist prices. there's a place called siri fashion that's been around forever, they do everything from sampling to bulk orders, just bring your tech packs. the owner speaks decent english and actually understands construction details like seam finishes and grading. expect to pay around 300-500 baht per sample depending on complexity

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
