Songdo Central Park is Incheon, not Seoul, just so u know. But if you're heading out there anyway, the grass strip behind the North Port area near the water taxi dock is way calmer than the boat rental side. Walk past the convention center toward the northeastern end, the crowds thin out a lot. Saturdays the rental zone gets packed by noon so go early or aim for late afternoon around 4.

yeah the water taxi dock side is definitely quieter, agreed. my go-to is actually the little slope past the northeast end toward the canal path, near where the bikes stop. gets shade after 3 and barely anyone bothers walking that far.

Water taxi dock, sure. Try the west lawn by the hanok village instead, quieter.
West lawn works but the hanok village side gets direct sun until late, so bring a parasol unless you go after 5.

Prime Cut's worth it for the Hanwoo and the room, but book weekend tables two to three weeks out or you're stuck with a 9pm slot.
tbh id book more like a month out for weekends, the good slots vanish fast and walk-ins r rough

yeah Saturday books out way quicker, I'd add a week onto that if you want a decent slot. also worth noting the tasting menu needs the whole table in on it, so check with whoever you're going with before you book.
the 5:30 early seating is usually the real steal since turnover frees it up last minute
midnight kst is when the online slots open so set an alarm, phone lines only pick up after 10am
Their lunch set is the underrated move, way cheaper.
