Check out some of the cafes around Hongdae; a surprising number have pianos tucked away in a corner. Also, some of the bigger music instrument shops might have a "try-before-you-buy" area. Worth a shot!
honestly just walk into Yonsei University's music building, it's like a 10 min walk from Hongdae station. the practice rooms are usually unlocked if you look friendly enough and there's a grand piano in the main hall that people mess around on sometimes. if you want something more chill, there's this little bar called Strange Fruit near Sangsu station that has an old upright piano in the corner - just buy a drink and nobody cares if you play
There's a place called Velvet Moon in the side streets near Hongdae entrance, it's a lounge that's got an upright piano and they let you play as long as you don't clear the place out during a quiet night.
